Brake bleeding

Trying to bleed the brake on a lexmoto 125 but I’ve tried to bleed them pumping the brake the reverse method and vacuum to no luck it’s a brand new brake system so there shouldn’t be any leaks

There's often a big air bubble just at the top banjo bolt. Try bleeding the banjo like you would the bleed nipple with a rag sat under it to catch the drips. Once it's stopped farting air out there, move further down.

I've had decent results using gravity and just tying the brake lever to the brake applied position with some tape an dleaving it overnight - the air travels upwards and it self bleeds. Gets you pretty close. Hope it helps.

In my experience an old, dirty brake system (with regards to the internals) is more likely to want to hang onto air bubbles. Stripping the system apart and using a can of proper brake cleaner wouldn't hurt for starters. Worst case scenario you might need a master cylinder rebuild kit.

When reassembling check how good your banjo washers are and make sure everything's tight. I spent 20 mins one time trying to bleed a system with a slightly loose banjo bolt and air was sneaking in.

Bleeding the master then adding the pipe and bleeding then adding the caliper and bleeding will obviously be messy but at least you know fluid is flowing through each stage.
