It won't affect private sellers, only the ones who are pretending to be such but actually running businesses. People just selling their old tat will be unaffected.

So thats £1000 pa profit - how on earth would they calculate that on selling unwanted household goods or even bikes that you flip? Not enforceable for 90% of sellers - no way.
