2 things wrong with ART is that,
1:- They have no idea about what happens when you put carbon fibre against ally, ie. it corrodes the ally. I've told them that they need to put a barrier between the 2 materials but it fell on deaf (& stupid!) ears. I reckon you'll get a bout a year out of your new pipe mate before the end piece falls off it.
2:- The other thing is that you'll get plenty of noise....but you won't get much in the way of a power increase. It's a case of form over function I'm afraid with ART exhausts.
I hope this hasn't put you off your nice new pipe.....but they're cheap for a reason I'm afraid. Thumbs Down

Fuck the power, its 33bhp restricted anyway. I just like the noise. Cool

I know what you mean about the corrosion and it actually came with two plastic circular things to put between the can and mounting point.

It's a hell of a lot smaller than the standard one as well. I'll get some pics tomorrow after a clean. Wink

Standard can is OH SO QUIET, You could be caining it at 14,000 RPM, Let a fart go and someone would say 'Did you just fart?'

Had mine for near enough a year and it was fine. Confused

Have heard they fall to bits, mine only did when the bike hit the deck. Still went on after, but it had to go.

Power I don't know, but I doubt you could tell the difference between any aftermarket can vs stock can anyway.

My dad would take the bike of me if i took the restrictors out which is really annoying because he would find out quickly as he uses my bike sometimes. He also paid for it so i can't really do it.

The corrosion I'm on about is between the end cap & the carbon tube. Sorry to piss on your fireworks mate, but ART are a pile of dogpoo.
ART = absolute rubbish, trash it.
