Nice example of an "Other persons" arrest under Section 24A of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 of a person who's committed an offence under Section 4A of the Public Order Act 1986.

I just love how her expression goes from smirking and thinking she can do what she wants without accountability for her actions to the surprised Pikachu face then shock with the shaking hands and everything as she is held to account.
