It’s interesting to see how it’s gaining traction with big names like Elon Musk backing it. On the flip side, I can’t help but wonder if Bitcoin might end up being like those rare CS:GO AWP skins – valuable but ultimately more of a speculative asset than a mainstream tool. I mean, it’s cool to have a rare awp for sale or to show off, but how many people actually use it in-game versus just keeping it as an investment? I see Bitcoin in a similar light – it’s fascinating and has a lot of potential, but whether it will become a practical store of value or just another bubble is still up in the air. What do you all think?

1. Elon Musk publicly saying anything isn't a sign of him endorsing it in reality. I would ignore any public figure announcing their opinion as the only reason he would say something is for his own interests.

2. Maybe but I doubt there are multi-billion dollar investments into CS:GO skins from various companies.

Musk has been very vocally supporting Dogecoin, mainly for its low transactions which makes it more accessible than Bitcoin. But it's oviously a mutual benefit, as Doge is returning him the favor, supporting X. I personally prefer using solana and it's if not the same even better than doge, especially for NFTs and memecoins. I mainly use https://solana-scripts.com/pumpfun-bundler to create and trade coins daily and I'm making good gains.

i believe Monero is not so easily traceable as the more popular ones like Bitcoin if you want to purchase things anonymously.

I made around £2000 on it a few weeks ago and would have made more if the exchange I was using (Binance) wasn't run by a bunch of fucking clowns who were incapable of getting my name into katakana on their fuckwad transfer system. Four days on support and it wasn't until I convinced the cretins they would genuinely lose their jobs that they finally did a manual transfer out (my stake and the profit). So no more Binance and the Jap exchanges are even worse shite.
I sold my coin at Y9,450,000 and would have bought back in when it went back down to Y7,350,000 and got back out when it hit Y9,500,000 a couple of weeks later.

It was an experience I guess.
