The A100 and XJ550 are both regstered historic (the A100 for 4 years) but neither show as free for ULEZ on the TFL website - are there additional steps to take? oR if I get caught by APNR will Mr Khan realise his error and cancel any fines? Anyone know?

Website doesn't reflect historically registered vehicles.

From my experience, the ULEZ database has a 6 month lag behind the DVLA/DVSA databases but it sounds like your well past that! You will definitely need to contact them and/or create an account to upload the V5 documents:

Beware the land of sin that is that London !
Enter ye not past the M25 for as it sayeth in that bible thing,
ye will enter the land of sin and moral corruption.
Your young flesh will know the wounds of sharp knives
and the wrath of khan will filch thy purse.

I live in the No Man's Land between the M25 and London proper, it's not too bad. Hardly anyone gets stabbed Smile

I really cant see the historical thing keeping going. Can you imagine the wrath of Khan if in an electric London, some cvnt rode an RD250 through the streets leaving the 2 smoke smog behind him.

It would pass the emissions test anyway. They are testing NOx emissions and 2-strokes don't make any appreciable amount of it.

I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles.

It would cost money to get a certificate of conformity on emissions though. Sending in a copy of the V5 costs nowt.

But it wont matter what it actually emits. Anything coming out of a tail pipe will be banned, especially a 2 smoke. Laughing

Can you confirm the bikes have been taxed and had the taxation class changed to historic and are not SORNed?

If all the above is correct just contact TFL and they should be able to change the vehicle record manually although they may require you to send a copy of your log book showing the historic tax class.
