It cost me £75 in admin charges to cancel my insurance policy. Evil or Very Mad The insurance wasn't much over £120 in the first place.

Most companies charge, I thought about £30 max. Decided to pay the insurance up monthly now so I can stop it before the twats take any money out should I cancel. I'm likely to cancle as I struggle to keep a bike for very long.

Went to see Porkpie being supported by Pretty Green on Friday at the Queen's Hall in Edinburgh.

If you like the Jam and Ska music this is highly recommended if they're ever round your way.

One of the best gigs I've been to better than the Last Madness concert I went to by far. Suggs was going through the motions whereas Porkpie are absolutely full of energy.

Love live music.

Oh dear I fancy a Panigale as my, long lasting, mid-life crisis never seems to dwindle.

It's not much heavier than the Street Triple and not far off 200 hp Shocked
Got a skills day at Knockhill in September. No better reason than to invest in one Laughing . Not a bad price but would be way by far the most cost I've paid for bikes in the past. Thank got for HP. Just need to give up my alleged drugs problem to afford it. That's not likely to happen.

Street Triple is the best bike I've ridden thus far though. Even if the fucker plays up on me now and again.

the power of modern bikes like the Panigale is getting silly it seems to me.

i honestly dont think i could enjoy a bike that powerful on modern roads.

i guess im just an old fogey but i think 100bhp is way more than enough power.

Two hero things for me today.

First I met John Mcguinness at the Scottish Motorcycle show. He's smaller than I thought he would be. I also met Kyle Ride but he's not hero status. I say met but it was just an embarrassing handshake

Then the guy that's climbed up Westminster in his bare feet, waving the Palestinian flag and refusing to come down Laughing Hero!

Couldn't bring myself to ask for a photo with John McGuiness. Managed to get a photo on a Ducate Panigale though.

First long run of the year, beautiful weather for it. It never rained once and there were no midgies in sight. Yeha!

Went up the Trossachs, you should do this run if you're up that way. Och aye!

Scotland is beautiful
Went from:
East Lothian.
Queensbury Crossing Bridge,.
Knockhill
Aberfeldy
Loch Tay
Killin (Was the death of me).
Callander.
Doune.
Rosyth
Home.

Great at this time of year. The excellent roads are not so busy with Tourists, just loads of motorcycles. Cool

Street Triple is running great. Very enjoyable to ride. Light and nippy, best way.

Yes it's been running great recently, except when I run out of fuel.

Seriously thinking about a 765 RS now, going for a look tomorrow.

I've ordered a new Striple 765 RS Very Happy Stretching my budget to the limit, it's not so bad on PCP. This could be a keeper.

The first bike I've had with riding modes and a quick shifter.

Should get it in two to three weeks.

That's my Endorphin hit for this month.

I have a full up/down Quickshifter on the Husky and I rarely remember I even have the feature. Then again I'm no circuit racer. When I do remember to use it it makes banging up through the gears a trivial exercise.

Acht, we're here for a good time not a long time is my mantra. Laughing

After all the bikes I've had the 675 Triple has been the most suitable for me needs in reality. lLght as fuck and goes like buggery at relatively low revs, in a comfortable riding position. Inline 4's you've got to rev the heck out of them to get it going.

That's the 675 sold. As usual with my bikes first to see it bought it. I must sell them too cheap. It was a cracking bike for a 2009.

Now I'm bikeless for a couple of weeks. Not been bikeless since I passed my CBT. I feel lost and naked Laughing

if you get an urge to ride, why not go out and and test ride the Hornet 750 and Gsx8s and see how they compare to the Triumph.

It was a bit of a spur of the moment idea and I just ordered one as I wanted a triple, like the 675 I had. Didn't really consider anything else at the time.

I pick it up on Saturday Very Happy

New bike day. Very Happy

I went for a short run, and it's similar to the 675, really, in terms of how it rides and sounds. Out of the box, the suspension is not bad at all and tenfold better than my well-used 675's. I haven't used the brakes in anger but they feel very strong. I'm just getting used to the quickshifter. Going out a longer run on Monday. Can't wait.
