Really pleased to find a UK Forum, Well i'm new here and i have 3 bikes a VFR750 f '91, and 2 CBR1000f '91
The VFR is about 98% there and needs an MOT whilst the 2 CBR's a a way off,

Into bikes in my youth and 25 years ago, and thought i'd get a bike before i cant ride, but as usual it escalated

I'll try and keep you all up to speed on the progress and will try and be as helpful as possible

Regards rich

ps i'll post some pics when i find them

I am sorry to tell that i'm not a big fan of modern bikes, I'm 64, so my interest has always been the 80's give or take 5 - 10 years, even dabbled with BSA's, Triumphs, with my late father in law. i cant explain it. Maybe because i am an engineer at heart, always designing, always fiddling, New Bikes remind me of new cars, open the bonnet and all you can do is highlighted in yellow, how boring. if you're young i don't think you would understand or maybe you do.

I'm not explaining it very well but you're right not a fan of modern bikes does that count me out?

i get where youre coming from. im old and like to tinker too.
although the older i get the less often i get the urge to tinker Mr. Green

modern Enfields and air cooled Guzzis still seem to offer a bit of hope for us dinosaurs.
