BCF MCC

I know some of us are members of other MCC's and was wondering if we could set up a BCF MCC (Bikechat Forums Motorcycle Club). Affiliating us with a club and MAG (Motorcycle Action Group) Etc.
Paying a yearly sub and getting acces to discounted tickets etc.
Dunno if anyone has any MCc experience though.
