Hello to all , I am new here and I am in desperate need of support as I could not find much info searching google , forum turned out to be the best choice , so I bought this bike as a project to do as I like to repair (repaired a previous venom) it's an 2018 efi that the previous owner put a battery on reverse and burned the wiring loom (and probably other bits that I don't know yet) he replaced the loom but installed from a Venom efi and I start to have doubts about my success on it so far , the display is not showing on the digits (water got in) but from an angle you can see some bits , it displays "check engine" symbol , nothing else seam to work , no lights , no start engine , no low beam or high (it works if i hit Pass but it restarts the displays like you would take the key out and put it back in and switch on , weird) , no brake lights , I hear the fuel pump and that it's it , my main interest at the moment is to find a loom diagram for the efi and pictures with connectors , just to compare with mine , I have a functional Venom but I would like to have the Viper working , I know I have a bit of investing ,no worries about that but I will accept any help and suggestions to make it road worthy and hopefully ride it , thanks in advance.

You're lucky Nobbys not here mate.....

As you're new, some advice.

Blocks of text don't help

Forum advice is best guess at best, so clearly laying out and describing problems
helps others make informed guesses and offer relevant suggestions.

Pics are always welcome, show us what you have and what you're doing or trying to do.

As far as I can tell from a brief Google
( You should be telling us this !)
the Venom is the earlier Euro 3 bike with a carb and the later Viper has been upgraded
to EFI to be Euro 4-5 compliant and other differences are largely cosmetic.

Yes , sometimes it appear so
Not sure what you mean by blocks of text , it's true that I have not been on a forum for more that 10 years so I might miss a bit , I just made a long sentence like a story to explain most of it.
Well , the main problem is electric , I put the parts back where they fitted so I might put some connectors wrong , that is why I am looking for a schematics or diagram to follow the colored wires and check.

Was my mistake by not being more specific about the Viper and Venom , I mean Viper is mainly one model , Venom are 2-3 types , injection and carb and Viper is only injection as far as I know.[/img]

The Chinese imports don't tend to be all that imaginative. 95% of the wiring of one Lexmoto 125 of the same era will be same as any other. What I'm saying is you might find some other wiring diagram from around that year for a totally different model at least inspires you to understand the key components.

It sounds like you have a matching loom and ECU which is a good start but bear in mind if the injector and sensors aren't the ones the ECU is expecting you'll be lucky if it starts and it certainly won't run smoothly.
