So I've done all the bearings/collars/oil seals in the microfiche apart from the ones that look like they sit in the swingarm (circled in red in my pic).

Is this gonna be doable with the swing arm still on or am I going to have to bite the bullet and remove more stuff?

Also can anyone explain why there are two collars in the blue bit I circled? I've ordered what's on the microfiche but only one collar came out of the bike on that bit so I have an extra bit as well.

You could probably press them in using a G clamp with the swingarm still fitted. I would take it all apart so I'm not lying on my back fighting with a g clamp under a poorly balanced bike.

If you take it apart you can also re-grease the swingarm bearings. They probably didn't get enough from the factory.

For the sake of one big bolt you can take off the swingarm and clean it up, so you're not working upside-down on something dirty, precarious and poorly lit.

Bonus points if you install grease nipples while you have it all apart.

So I finally bit the bullet and removed the lot incl swingarm. Put all new bearings in the linkage dog bone, the swingarm, the shock lower.

I still have play on one of the joints, which is absolutely bizarre as the bearing, collar and oil seals have been completely replaced with ones from Fowler's.

Removing it all again, I can actually sort of "twist" the collar that's sat inside the bearing in the swingarm collar being 8 on the microfiche and bearing being 6.

Not really sure what I can even do next to remedy this. It's like the collar is just a bit too small for the bearing. I've triple checked the codes as per the microfiche and they're the correct parts.

Also 29 & 32 near the FWD part of the dog bone appears to be 2 collars and 1 bearing?

This is only wide enough for one of these collars - if you look at the other end it's only got a 29 in?
