* a tin of cheap dog food and a couple of packets of dog pate (at least Billie seems to like that, even if she isn't a big fan of the cheap stuff in the tin ... whoever met a dog that was this fussy )
* a tin of cheap cat food for Lawrence cos he doesn't care and besides he caught a mouse last week so he won't starve ...
* and a box of fancy cat food for Dennis because she is likely to throw up the cheap cat food (which is chunky) immediately after eating it. She's not good with chunky cheap cat food, I've made a rod for me own back by giving her fancy cat food when she was crook last year.
