Evening all

I used to post here years ago but I've taken a long break from bikes after a crash that was caused by a dealer's negligence.

I'm almost in a position where I can come back to bikes. I actually nearly bought one this week but I dont want to rush into it.

I've not paid any attention to anything bike related for about 10 years, but I wanted to ask, do dealers tend to have decent deals and offers during winter when I assume sales will be lower?

I could get sorted sooner, but I dont want to rush into it if I could make some savings by waiting?

I'm just looking at new bikes, nothing crazy. Maybe a CB650R or MT07.

Cheers

Worst deal possible: walk into a dealership and say "I want a bike, I want it now and I ain't leaving till I get one!"

So, err... don't do that Laughing

Keep an eye out for zero-miles pre-registered bikes and/or last year's model. The dealer will want to shift old inventory to make room for the new stuff and start discounting.

the sellers market has been very poor this year. a good chance of finding 2nd hand bargains if you arent in a rush.
