FZ1 chain / mainstand clearance

So I bought my bike with an aftermarket exhaust and link pipe (exxup removed as well).

It looks as though there may have been something the mainstand rubber touched against on the old exhaust/link

As a result, it looks to be touching my linkages when the stand is folded up (the dog bone) and also it's very close to my chain.

Looking at it I can't think of any way to solve it other than removing the main stand which I like having. Any ideas?

theres often a bracket of sorts on original exhaust that act as a stopper for centre stand....and its very common to not have these on aftermarket pipes. Either take off the centre stand, or find a welder who can help.
