According to the YouTuber I came across at random (well, YouTube was probably listening in to this conversation) it was a day-hire boat and was on-charge at the time. Once aflame it was deliberately sunk but when raised it was still burning. I’m not sure how true that all is but separately I was chatting with someone who said fire brigades services were purchasing bunds (like temporary paddling pools) or lorries trucks carrying containers/skips in which to haul or lower EVs into, fill with water and wait until the fire burned itself out.
