Three small children chicken thighs slow cooked with my own marinade of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, english mustard, miso paste and oregano/chilli flakes smeared on the top.
And a bed of salad, "light mayonnaise".

Still got several to have another day.
The dog quite liked them too.
