Honda CX, GL650 Wing Interstate .... Unique - air cooled!

Hi all

My neighbour who struggles with using the internet is selling the following bike:

It started life as a (very) limited edition for the Japanese domestic market only and called GL 700. Serial no 93. Engine and chassis no's are 103 and 98. Imported (BAT Motorcycles) in the '90s. I have converted it from water to air cooled. Done properly,it now has cold air flowing through the engine and not hot water being pumped around. I've used it daily in traffic and on M/way,lots of hot days,works perfectly,no issues. Carbs have been jetted for cone air filters and minor exhaust modification. Much lighter & quicker than other CX's ! Never been restored,I prefer a nice patina to lots of powder coating. Chrome and paint are decent ,reflecting its low,17k, mileage. Comes with all the standard parts that I've removed including the Honda panniers with keys New project forces sale. Viewing and test ride welcome. Historic vehicle - no t&t reqd.
