I know, search for previous posts. Blah blah.
1) i cant be arsed.
2) i think msybe i have a new factoid.
3) i am a returning OG member of bcf abd as such am afforded such privileges as creating boring repeat posts.

Anyhew.
I need proper technical facts here people.

Modern O or X ring chains have sealed oil in the o rings, correct ?
So as such the movey bits dont need oiling , correct?

So why plaster the chain in sticky gunk chain lube, that attracks dirt and shite. ?
Shouldn't I just coat the outside in a nice light oil like wd40 etc to stop rust. ?

Your thoughts gentlemen, ladies and since I have been away the other 500 genders.

Silky. X
