Today I did do hope to achieve getting out of bed and dressed before midday but
the fates conspired and string vest and boxers it is and shall remain so.

I have to devise a half hour online training course to show an as-yet unspecified number of people. Hopefully it will only be a dozen or so. My first trainee is at 11am on Tuesday.

Is there a training course about how to train people?

Not sure why I seem to have Imposter Syndrome about this, but I just do.

Whats the subject? Theres's probably loads of material (slides) etc already out there in web-land you can crib from. Just speak with authority and say 'I'll have to get back to you on that' if any awkward questions.

What sort of training?
I done quite a lot, mostly Wendy Whiplash "Who's been a naughty boy then?"
and "It puts the lotion on its skin" types so if you need any tips on restraint methods or
punishment equipment just say so.

(About how to upload documents to a portal that holds committee meeting papers)

I guess I can speak "with authority" as I am one of the "superusers" within our clinical group. Laughing

Its just that I've not done much training of other people - could be entertaining - I shall ask Copilot to find me something relevant. Heh.

I'm not a nadmin worker but have trained folk in other, more techy stuff
at times so would basically take my usual approach

What it is
Why it exists
How to use it
Conventions (file types, sizes, headers, summaries, posting in relevant areas etc)
Caveats (dont fuck it up, what to do if you do)
Try for economy of style over verbose.

FAQs/suggestions mebbe? but that could be a chore to maintain
so would probs avoid if poss
