I noticed my front tyre was flat so I got out my box of air and discovered I was all out of front tyre air. So I was thinking of putting some rear tyre air in it but that got me thinking.

What if putting rear tyre air in the front tyre made the front wheel turn backwards as I went down the road? That could play merry Hell with the petrol mileage not to mention being a bit iffy around corners.

Anybody else ever done this? Or should I just order some front tyre air off Ebay and be done with it?

Football air is omnidirectional; you can use it in front and rear tyres with no adverse effect. However, if you overinflate, your ride could become a bit bouncy. Cool

Take the wheel out and put it in the other way round.

Nice try, then the brake disc is on the wrong side and you'd have tyo put the brake fluid in the other side too.

I think.
