Another good thing about being single is that you don't have to trim your pubes.

I was out on a 10 hour trip yesterday, first long ride on the striple. Felt a bit achy after it, but that could just be an age thing. The bike was more comfortable over long distance than I thought it would be.

Scotland is a really beautiful place. Lucky to live here. Went from Edinburgh to Perth, the boring bit, then up to Braemar, Ballater, Granton on Spey then back down a different route through Aviemore and Fort William, Srirling than back to home to East Lothian. Some amazing biking roads up here.

Loving the bike, it is much fun.

I've kind of lost my mojo for biking, infact I've lost my mojo for anything. Sit there everyday doing nothing telling myself that I need to get my arse in gear in life, stress about it, but still do nothing and stress about it again

Can't be bothered watching tv, except politic., Can't be bothered to take the dog a walk or even get a shower. Just want to lie in bed.

The concern is that I've got used to it and am in my comfort zone being the way I am.

Can't be bothered to change. Got friends family and all that shit. Fuckers visit when I could do without it.

I don't like mentioning it as it is my main challenge. I smoke cannabis from morning to night and don't know how to get off it. It is bad for my health, costs me a load of cash, that I can't afford, it's antisocial. My daughter won't stay at the house as it smells of smoke. I only smoke in the bedroom but I guess the whole house will stink. It stays in your system so will likely get done for drug driving. ffs

It's a shit state of affairs.

And I considered selling my bike and getting a full set of teeth implants in Turkey. £5k compared to 16k over here. My few teeth that I've got left are horrible and dentures are like chewing lego.

Then I came to my senses and realised that I prefer my bike to my vanity.

Oh well, not to worry. And no I'm not depressed.

Merry Christmas rebribates. I've not been out on the bike for 3 months now. Feel so bad that the poor thing is sitting there. I'm usually a person that will go out in all weathers. Just have lost my mojo.

I picked a bad day to give up glue sniffing. What was the film?

23 days and eight hours no tobacco, no cannabis and no alcohol.

Still the bike is sitting there making me guilty for not riding it. Just can't get motivated to take it out.

i generally dont go out in temps lower than 16 degrees.

i am getting the itch to get back out though, now that we are starting to get some sunshine.
