Clue de Barles is one of those places that really makes the smaller country roads worth taking. The road winds through a narrow gorge, surrounded by dramatic rock walls, folded limestone layers, and rugged mountain scenery. It is a beautiful part of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, with a very raw and natural feeling that makes it perfect for a ride through.
