That's so going to end up on eBay as an unfinished barn find project custom mad max rat bike. It belongs in the
eBay's most miserable bike thread.

Polish it up a bit, take some arty photos, write an advert which offers more hope than just "requiring recommissioning and electrical attention" and generally be a bit more positive about it and someone will buy it.

£350-£500 depending on how just how dumb the buyer is.
