I wont go into details but someone has tried to get one over on me and thinks that I wont retaliate. This fool however doesnt remember I have his full name and address and telephone number.

So where can I type his phone number to flood him with spam calls and where can I anonymously ship him glitter/piss disks/ fox shite? im willing to throw a few beer tokens at this for my own vicarious entertainment.
