Anyone here had a claim from a crash go via these guys?

What was your experience with them like?

I had a head on collision at a t junction in Jan, other person fault..they cut the corner well and truly.

I like to be kept in the loop with what's going on as well as time frames. Like, we are sending this and that to so and so, we will hear back by x amount of days etc.

I hate being left wondering what's going on. Especially when these things seem to take over 6 months to get sorted. I had to chance things up every month almost just to know what stage things where at as they never got in touch u less they needed something from me.

Currently a settlement has been agreed as of the 14th of July. They sent me a cheque for part of it only and said the rest will come shortly... I don't like that shortly word!

I make myself a nuisance and call daily for updates.

If they've agreed a value, you should get that sent ASAP.

Don't use a claims management company. Use a proper solicitor who will take this on no win no fee.

when you get hold of someone get their name. Then you can call and ask for that person every time. Saves you getting fobbed off.
