I had a no name mech keyboard for a while but it started going a bit funny - missing key presses, doubling up others - but I couldn't find a consistent pattern to pin it down to a particular switch.
Hey presto, Amazon does me a favour and hands me a Keychron V3 Max from their returns bin, almost half price! The box was a bit battered but the keyboard looked like it had never been used, not a spec of dust on it. I think what happened was someone bought it for a Windows PC, took one look at the Apple keys and sent it straight back, not realising the Windows keys are in a separate bag.
Anyhoo, as I saved to much I treated myself to custom keycaps. Blank tops with the letters on the front face and I've reassigned scroll lock to toggle the backlight. The nice thing with Keychron is open source hardware so if you don't like their app there are a few other choices.

Puig mini clip on screen to add a bit of height to the Pan's original screen which was directing air at my helmet.

A nice little screen/ V2 of the one I have on the Guzzi.
You can adjust the height of this one within about a 3" range and unlike some of the cheaper ones you don't have to drill through your screen to fit it.

My next bike - bought last week.
Upgrading from a 2003 TDM900 to a 2008 Tiger 1050.
The Tiger is greeeeaaaat!! 
I had to get a new chain and sprockets fitted, rewired the spots as the last owner clearly didn't know anything about electrics. Swapped the blue halos to yellow so I could have them on legally, fitted standard plates back on from it being lowered - and now getting used to a much smoother and quicker ride.
It has a non-stock exhaust, so louder and throaty which sounds great. But it pops on the downshift which has never been my 'thing', I'm yet to determine if it's been tuned this way (which I think it has) or if something is wrong.

IIRC I got decel pop on my XSR after changing to a decat exhaust, went away when I reflashed the ECU.

Another bargain from Amazon returns: a 34" ultrawidescreen monitor. I had cleared my desk not long ago and there was a mug with mould so old it was called Gerald and on the electoral roll. Anyhoo...
I thought I'd treat myself. I don't have the desk space for two monitors but I did the measurements and a 34" would fit. First action was to get some beers in and watch "The Furious" 
Totally worth it!

I've had a Tiger 955i and a Tiger 1200. Loved them both. The 955i was what sold me on the triples Triumph made. Regretted selling that bike for years.
I loved the tiger claw marks on the tank. I know, sad.aren't i.

I bought a new computer case.
On Thursday I cleaned my computer and while doing that I broke quite a lot of plastic bits of my 15+ years old Fractal Design case; the plastic got very brittle over the years. The front solid panel is held in with plastic clips and without removing the front panel, you can't really get to the front fans and the front dust filters. Modern computer cases these days use magnets, which I think is a much better solution for something that has to be removed from time to time.
Anyway, I decided to buy a new computer case, that'll hopefully last me 15+ years again. Well, it's not like the old case could do its job, but more and more bits are broken off everytime I try to clean it and the manufacturer doesn't sell such spare parts.
Since I always like Fractal Design, I got their "something IKEA would love to sell this" Fractal Design North case. The one with wooden front grill. I also went for a smaller (midi tower) case over the XL/big tower case that I used for well over 15 years. Everything should fit, and I don't run multiple HDDs anymore, so why waste the space in my house with a monumental big tower case.

My new record player turntable has turned up. I had one of those cheap "all-in-one" jobbies but the sound quality was pretty awful. Someone gave me a nice Blaupunkt mini sound system and it really highlighted how bad the old setup was - the new turntable is a night and day quality upgrade. I'm starting to soften to the "vinyl is superior to digital" line

I also did that some time ago, I even wanted to build a fully passively cooled computer. Well, I gave up on that idea the moment I did my research and came to a conclusion such computer would have very poor performance to money spent ratio, as even the slowest fan is way more effective than natural heat convection.
Anyway, I just finished swaping all the HW from the old case into the new one. The build quality is quite poor compared to my old computer case, but with the inflation I essentialy paid 50% less for the new case, than the one I got 15 years ago.
When I say poor build quality I mean thinner metal, no noise dampening inside the case, fewer holes to put cables through, the PSU cover doesn't go all the way through the case... but the fit and finish is still alright though and the case does look nice.
As for cooling and noise performance, it's simply superior compared to my previous 15+ years old case. Just having a mesh front panel, instead of a solid panel with side draft is a huge improvement both to acoustics and airflow. I use two Noctua NF-A14 fans for intake from the front and one at the top for exhaust (too big for the rear), all on silicone mounts. The top of the case is mesh so is the side panel. The air escapes where it it wants.
Now for some results, yesterday I played some games seeing 73-75°C on the RTX 4070 Ti Super; today, playing the same games on the same hardware, incl. case fans and their fan curve profile, the temperatures dropped to 64-68°C range with even lower cards fans rpm. Just out of my own curiosity, I also made a record of idle CPU temperature and at comparable ambient temperature the idle CPU temperature dropped from 52°C (9700x with EXPO) to 45°C. I'll try to run the system without EXPO just to see how low the CPU idle temperature can get.
TL; DR: New case is quieter, has better cooling performance, the build quality isn't as good but it does look nice with the wood and mesh all over.
EDIT: Also, I still run one HDD, I put it on fresh rubber mounts and now the HDD is completely silent, compared to well 15+ years old rubber mounts the HDD was on yesterday. I mean, yesterday I could tell when the HDD was active, now I can't tell at all, which is amazing. So if you run HDD on rubber mounts, try to replace them for some quiet operation. 
EDIT II: The system memory and M.2 SSD run cooler as well. My RAM at 6000MT/s would peak at 55-56°C in the old case, now it stays between 45°C and 46°C. Also, the gfx card seems to boost further and longer than before. This really oiled my gears today. I haven't been this excited about a piece of computer hardware in years.
