On a beautiful early summer day, I ride my Yamaha Tracer 7 from Bormio over Passo del Foscagno, heading toward Lago di Livigno and the Swiss border. Come along for a scenic motorcycle ride through the Italian Alps.

The Bormio and Livigno region is a wonderful place to explore by motorcycle in summer. Roads climb from the valleys into open mountain scenery, with alpine villages, lakes and sweeping views along the way.
