Has anyone else visited Lidl to have a look at their range of bike gear?

I popped in yesterday and bought myself a disklock and tankpack - for £3 and £6 respectivley I can't complain. Tankpack looks fine, seems to hold on the tank and has plenty of space. Havn't acually tried the disclock but it feels pritty hefty - its a proper key not one that a biro opens!

I also got a call from a friend in Newquay - he popped in and got a rider-pillion intercom - he says it works great and even has a jack for walkmans etc. He's guna get me one tmz too Very Happy (They wern't avaliable in my store). I definatley need it - traveled the length of the A34 yesterday singing Kum ba yah...

Anyone else taken advantage of these offers? Thoughts and opinions?

Cheers,

Craig

I bought the bike cover today, which is very high quality. It also looks thermal as well as waterproof. I reckon that I may go back in for the rider/pillion thingy.

They had no small gloves, and also no knee warmers which I wanted.

Suppose I might have another look at the tank bag as a spare.

I am currently in Wales for the weekend, went to the local one here and they don't get the stuff in 'til Thursday 21st!

Arse, by the time I get back to Pompey on Monday I bet there will be sod all left!
