Been revving it on the paddock stands too and put a massive grin on my face, forgot what 7,500rpm sounds like without a helmet on after a week of not riding Incredibly loud. And the throttle grip stuck as well so I got a good long listen.
Spent all of Sunday/Saturday repairing my SZR after the crash and Ive just been downstairs to discover that the motorbike fairy has been in and repaired my clutch/gearbox for me I have no idea how but its running silently now.
I guess clicking it through the gears after the new lever fixed it.
Cant wait to testride it some time soon, hopefully whilst it still looks cafe racer without the screen and fairings. ____________________ Yamaha SZR660 Caution to the wind, the throttle pinned! |

Good stuff, thing with haveing your bike off the road when you ride it again you get that big smirk on your face all over again
If it went on its side it could have bashed the gear lever maybe? good if its back to normal... take it easy on the first run and check all is well before geting too carried away ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |
