getting a 125

hi everyone... i have just turned 17 and am frankly bored silly with my vespa 50cc. i'm definitely going to get a 125 bike but i was wondering which one would be the best? i really like the looks of the aprilia rs and the mito however are older bikes like the 90's nsr worth a look?

I think the main thrust of any answer should be not to spend too much money, ie under 1.5k if at all possible. You'll only regret spending a lot on a small bike you don't keep for very long.

90's NSR is definately worth a look if it's a 2-stroke you're after. They'll be much cheaper than newer rs125s or mitos.

Also with the big increase in power, no doubt you'll be trying things like wheelies etc. So if you do damage the NSR, it won't be as big a bill as the other two!

NSR's tend to be the most reliable of these three bikes, so that's probably your best bet, in my opinion.

cool cool guys... thanks for the advice. i think i might go for the nsr and maybe go for a respray or something to get it looking a bit fresher!! but definitely not paying much more than 1.2K hopefully!
