i have a 14 tooth and 16 tooth front sprocket, which one will give better acceleration???

Smaller front sprockets give better acceleration, larger rear sprockets also give better acceleration.

Smaller sprocket in the fron has the advantage over a bigger on the back because you can shorten you chain. On the rear you would have to buy a bigger chain. Thumbs Up

14 will give you better acceleration for sure and 16 will give you a better top end speed.
I recently changed my front sprocket to a 16 from a 14, and there wasn't a huge difference, but I do get and extra few miles per hour.
The 16 will also give you a few more mpg's too.
