Hi

Probably Elvington near York where on the drag race meetings from one lane you can do a flyer on the full length of the runway to get a top speed run (give or take a bit for riding through the boards at the end Wink ).

Check the Straightliners web site.

All the best

Keith

nowhere will the owners "allow" you to do stuff like this

if you hurt youreslf they would be liable and it gets very expensive

as Keith says, if you want to find out what your bike will REALY do then pay the £40 and run in a Straightliners event at Elvington

or check out Motorosports Promotions who run top speed events at RAF Woodbridge

or join www.200mph.org.uk and find out more

PS check my signature Wink

their's a nice big un-used airstrip near me (kind of near me), they use it to fly model rc planes. It has locked gates but I just so happen to know the combination Cool probably be able to get your bike through the gate anyway it's only to stop cars going on it not people.

Sell your bike, and buy a moped.

Problem solved, you don't need an abandoned airway, as you'll only be able to go 30.

Done.

Thumbs Up

Speedfreaks is on 6-8th May, with two full track days (weather permitting) on the Saturday and Sunday. The RWYB is £10 per day for an unlimited number of runs, but you must have your driving licence with you.
