My bike for sale. I need to buy a car for my new job so the bike must go.

It's a 1998 G1 model, 23k miles. Recent parts include: DID chain and sprockets, new cush bearing, new head bearings, carbs balanced about 2k ago, it has also just had a new Dunlop 207R fitted to the rear, front tyre has loads left in it, serviced at 21k miles. Mini indicators fitted to the front, I also have the rears but not fitted yet.

This bike was involved in a low side spill but had been repaired. Still needs some finishing touches but is mechanically perfect.

It is Datatagged and has a Datatool Duo 2 immobiliser. Race can fitted but slighty scuffed, original can with sale. Parts needed to make perfect are the clock mount bracket (£20-30) and the paint of the new nose cone and R/S fairing needs to be re-done, and a sticker kit for the R/S fairing.

Test ride if you have the cash and you'll see the bike rides perfect, I just can't keep the bike now. Car needed.

Looking for £2000 ono. Quick sale needed so no doubt I'll haggle.

Mudguard side cheeks about £15-20 from Ebay.
Clock mount bracket (£dunno) But I can get both of the above parts and include them in the sale as I've tracked down a seller.

I haven't priced a sticker kit yet £??

As for the paint, the nose cone and right side fairing need to be done again. I was quoted £70 for both panels which is fair and the guy is sh1t hot at spray painting.

The race can is marked but I've kept it on as it sounds better than the standard can.

It needs a new clock mount bracket though as it's making the fairing panels run out slightly.

Not much TBH. I just don't have the time right now as I'm in need of a car ASAP!

As for making it sweet, it's back on the road and running perfectly. Also forgot to mention it is Taxed & MOT'd till August 05.

Scotland, about 30 miles south of Glasgow right on the M74 basically. I'm 9 miles north of Abington services if you know where that is?
