Well I said I wouldnt do it - sell my little CBR 125 after he got me through my A2 test - but I have just put a deposit on a Kwak GPZ 500S . Got to wait till i get back from holiday before I can get it though - need the money from the CBR when I sell it to finance the Kwak. Also, if anyone else has a GPZ 500 let me know what you think about the bike any info regarding the Kwak would be greatly appreciated ____________________ Ride with the music! |

capable bike, the GPZ.. don't let Craig's horror stories put you off... my old Fplate one had 78000 miles on it before I lobbed it head on into a car...
Had done 300 mile rides to Aberdeen from south of Glasgow in all conditions with no problems performance or comfort wise..
need any help with it, drop me a PM.. I did a fair bit of work on mine before it died, including an engine rebuild (thanks to the previous owner breaking it before I got it)
Make sure the valve clearances are done tho.. a common problem is bad valve clearances work harden the rocker arm lobes, which get brittle and break. Needs to be pretty bad to get to that stage tho.
