Cheapest engine I could find at a breakers is £450, and that is a 2000 model. The 2002 model had improved cams/timing to improve midrange.

I think that I will need to buy the cheap engine and fit the 2002 cams that I have, or pay £650 for a 2002 engine.

I remember you saying something was up with Cylinder No2 but that looks bad!

Really? Looks like it's smashed the valves to bits and embedded them into the piston crown.
