Honda 1996 NSR125RS

Hi!
Its with a bit of a reluctance that i put my bike up on the Internet for sale, but its finally dawned on me i cant afford to run it so it needs to go...

The bike is a Honda NSR125RS. It has covered 11466 miles since it was first registered in 1996. Thats around 1200 miles per year. The bike is in rare Urban Tiger colours, with black wheels. The engine still runs sweetly, ive replaced the plug, and checked the brake pads and disks which are all fine. There are no odd noises from the engine, and the electric starter works no problem.

Its in good condition, but it is a learner bike so it has some scratches on it. It has an alarm and immobiliser, micron exhaust, and has been fully derestricted.

The bike is taxed until 31/03/2006 - and the MOT is until April next year. The tyres are excellent and will not need replacing anytime soon.

Im looking for figures of around £1400 (will consider offers), i think it seems reasonable looking at whats been on BikeTrader lately.. The bike is located in Ipswich, Suffolk.

yeah iv never heard of an NSR125RS. Iv only known of the 125R, 125RR,125RK and i could'nt tell the diff from any of them

The NSR125RS is the Italian model, and as far as i can tell there isnt any difference between them...

I dont think there is much difference from any of the NSR125XX range. i think they all have the same engine for sure!

Common i did honestly think it was a micron, whoops... Not like i paid extra because it had micron on it...

Instead of the criticism, am i looking at making my asking price or do you reckon its a bit high?

id give 1100 for it but Ipswich is way to far to go for a bike from brighton.
