33bhp licence question

with a 33bhp resticted licence once the 2 years are up do you need to send off for another one ??? as mine just has this on the back of it

It's all that the DVLA say that on their website. Hence, you don't have to.

No, there is no requirement to get a replacement license when your 2 year 33bhp restriction ends. A police officer (or anyone who needs to) could check the dates on the license and see that the restriction period had ended. If you want to you can buy a replacement license without the <25kW on it for £19 if you want.
