it looks like he could have put them abit to early and the paint hasn't set properly. tell him to redo it all as thats what you've paid for, or he might be able to re paint where the stickers where i don't know. don't compromise if he asks you to as this will effect the price when youcome to seel it. ____________________ CBR400RR the funs started - Honda MTX 125 ongoing project when i can be arsed |

Sounds like the people who have done job have put them on whilst the paint is wet or they haven't removed them properly - either way they've dropped a bollock (techical term )
As it's been with them from day one I'd suggest that it's their problem and that they should call you when the job has been carried out as agreed at the time of you taking it in.

He is going to fix it but its just i am worried that his preperation before applying the paint is not up to scratch and thats why the stickers have brought the paint off, whats stopping me from putting my own sticker on and then taking it off to find its removed half the paint
Plus i have just been outside and the weather is absolutely mint !! and the only form of transport i have is a bus ticket i need my baby back ! ____________________ Just bought yellow & black GSXR600, fast as hell !!! (1st bike) |

I find the best way for getting stickers off a bike doing the least damage is to heat them with a hair dryer, approx. 6-8 inches from the bike to the nozzle of the hair dryer. This drys out the glue and you can peel them off, then wash the residue off as you would normally wash your bike!
Never scrub them off with water as this scratches the hell out of your bike, trust me, I did that to a Hornet, not pritty. think all the bits of rubbed of sticker scrape back and forth over the paint causin the scratches! ____________________ TL1000R Parts For Sale! |

Yeah I have these annoying "WARNING" stickers on my fairing and tank, i'm too scared of damaging the paint though. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Just got my Mum's hairdryer out of the cupboard and took 3 stickers off in half an hour. I found a trick of taking your time and not trying to rip them off. This helped a great deal. I found getting rid of the residue was a bit of elbow grease and a dampcloth afterwards! ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it.
