What do you think? with or without?

Got to paint the wheels anyway, not being a tart. Original is silver later models had gold wheels, i'm not sure wich suits it more..

This is the bike i'll be haveing when my current bike is gone, not this exact one mine needs some tidying... but the same colour...

Dunno which i prefer?

Hi

They are Comstar wheels and are bolted together (not that you can take them apart), with the original parts being anodised. The later ones which were gold were probably the reverse rim comstars which had shiney edges.

Personally I would stick with the standard colours, and being anodised I would avoid touching them if I could.

All the best

Keith

Comstar wheels to me will always be silver. I would leave them silver if it were me for that authentic superdream-esque look.

Gold, but only if you do a JPS-esque paint job too.

I have comstar wheels on my MBX50. Quite like them.

But for that bike, I think gold is the way to go. Looks smart.

Ahem, excuse the pitted RD forks Embarassed Embarassed
