Greetings all!

I herald from www.cbr-forum.org.uk (and St. Albans, Herts. in real life) and have been meaning to check you guys out since RiDE's CBR600 day last year when Laura (it was Laura, right??) was riding her CBR6 down the drag strip (prior to the thieving scum attack of course).

I ride a 2003 CBR600RR which I binned on a roundabout in October last year on a patch of diesel. Following said "honestly, I DIDN'T have my knee down" encounter (which I actually didn't at the time - that was planned for the next roundabout... Embarassed), I opted to get a new tail unit (from www.maddoctor.it) and get the whole thing sprayed up so I can pretend I'm Sete Gibernau!

I'm also a part of the KillSpills anti-diesel spill campaign team (www.killspills.org.uk) as the "official" photographer. We held a rally in September last year from the Ace to Parliament and it was the biggest motorcycle rally through central London ever!! Needless to say the same is planned for this year! Wink

Anyway, this was just supposed to be a quick "hi", not a fecking novel, so...erm...hi! Very Happy

Hi there, welcome. There are a good few from St Albans here, and even more from Herts. I live in Potter Bar, which isn't too far away.

We usually meet up at BP (Laughing) so you might even have seen us all waiting there on nice Saturday/Sunday mornings if you were razzing past though into/out of Radlett.

Stick around and look out for "Herts lot" ride-outs in the (outings and excusions section), you're more than welcome to join us. We often either jack around on the streets or take a ride-out to Ace/Boxhill. Very Happy

Ah, cool man! Thanks! Very Happy

Was in Potters Bar on Sunday as it goes! My mate lives in Barnet and we were out for a little blast early evening.

I go through Radlett every day as I work in Bushey. So if you ever happen to spot a Sete Gibernau rep CBR6RR with two exhausts about, that'll be me! Wink

Ello.

I did the CBR6 day as well and have occasionally lurked on your fine forum. Well, bought a can off someone there anyway. Smile

Good to hear about a repeat of the Spills run, I'll never forget bringing West London to a standstill last year. Cool

It was a TOP day wasn't it? I've been riding for 6 years and I've done a few events. Have to say that was THE best for me (I know I'm on the team, but really, I mean it!!).

It's planned for September again this year, keep eyes peeled on www.killspills.org.uk for more info! Very Happy

I particularly enjoyed the fact that the whole snake went past my former neighbour's flat... he used to moan about my one bike making too much noise. Laughing
