Watch this video of an on board lap on a 1000RR from the Isle of Man TT - It is absolutely stunning. I never thought I was an especially good rider at all, but this video shows me up to be a complete novice in comparison.

My respect for the guys that race at the TT is immense - the skill, commitment and precision of this lap stuns me.

It's a 48mb vid so quite big but sooo worth the download. Forget MotoGP these guys must have the biggest balls in the world Shocked

OMG, that has to be one of the best videos I've ever seen. It's like watching someone play Burnout 3 it's that fast.

I actually thought it was a better video than ghostrider, even though there's no traffic, the roads are much narrower and the skill is amazing. I'm not suprised people get killed there every year. Anyone know who the rider is? is he a pro?

That is just unreal. I knew the TT was crazy, I just didnt think it was that crazy! I mean, flat out on litre-bikes going through a village, those guys have some serious balls. Would be interesting to see the GP bikes having a go at it. Cool

Lol - I happen to work with a bloke who is both an ex supersport racer and now instructor at Ron Haslam Race School, and funnily enough I sometimes work alongside Nick Jefferies (who if you dont know of you might aswell fuck off out of the conversation now), According to the people who have done it this big balls IOMTT v's fanny track racers is spoken about only by the fucking clowns who dont know any better. The IOMTT should be fucking banned in the opinion of most racers and rightly so.

I recon GP riders have more skill, they seem to push the bike further, but I don't blame them they have run-off! TT riders have jack shit, they make a mistake and they are dead, so for the amount they are pushing it it's bloody crazy. Shocked

Probably too crazy but who am I to say it shouldn't be allowed.

I prefer GP as it's the pinnacle of bike racing, different countries/tracks, different nationality riders, different bikes (and not road bikes). Every round it's something different. Fast Cool

IOM is just 1 bike and their time, which isn't as exciting as many bikes at a time, all competing to win the race!

Still I won’t go insulting people because they don't agree with me. Rolling Eyes
