Well its a new bike for me!

As you may be aware I had been having problems with the GPZ, and from my engine swap thread, the problems were gone!

But I had lost all confidence in the bike and wanted to get rid. And today thats what I have gone and done.

I PX'd the GPZ against a Suzuki GSX600F, something much more powerful, simpler (being air/oilcooled) and better for touring too.

I shall be sorry to see the little GPZ go as its taught me so much in how to repair a bike, and stuff but we all move on!

I shall post pictures of the GSX when I pick it up next friday!

My first 'big bike was a 600f (but the old teapot shape). I still think it's a great little engine, and the handling was reasonable. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun. Thumbs Up

unlucky mate about the gpz shouldn't worry though since there is a lot of excitement in getting a different bike and learning how to handel it well and difference sto your gpz.

I remember when I was 17 and had a 250 2stroke, a mate bought a new one in, errr, 1990, standing on chelsea bridge one night and he let one or two or two of us a go, probably my first ever time on a big four stroke and she got me to a ton over the bridge, I think the rgv managed it once or twice but you had to come out of the roundabout at the bottom literally sideways Laughing

I know they have changed a bit since then but have fun Cool
