For everything that amount would not surprise me.
The bits would be:-
Power valve blade
Power valve gasket
Power valve housing
Return spring
O ring
Rubber boot
Cable
Split pin
Solonoid
Control unit
You really need to know which bits (if any) are already fitted to your bike. If you are really lucky then you will need no parts, worst case you could need all the above parts (and paying a dealer to fit them could add a fair bit more if the blanking plate has been in place for a while and is coked up).
Realistically to buy them new you will have to get them from Aprilia. You could also try PJ Engineering in Wolverhampton.
