I do this.

I sometimes take a special trip to my local Tescos, where they have huge black reflective glass windows, just to look at myself riding towards them, parking up & getting off the bike.

Damn, I look good!

Mmmmm mmmm!

Very Happy

As an aside to this, when I get in there & make my way towards the bike mag section, I often come across the tragic sap in his mid thirties with a baby/toddler in the trolley, picking up bike mags and flicking forlornly through the pages.
I bustle past him in my leathers & carrying my lid, and purposefully grab a copy before striding toward the till.

Should I feel sorry for these characters?
Are they men who once had a bike and had to give it up due to 'family'?
Or are they just sad muppets who are pretending they ride bikes and are just 'keeping tabs on the latest Japanese superbike to hit the streets'?

I'd like to think so.

It's just the sad way they slowly put the magazines back on the shelf and turn away with liquid eyes.....then fill the trolley with milky bars and Pampers.

I select neutral while sat at lights, rev the bike a tiny bit, then sit back i the seat with just 1 foot on the rear brake and look in the mirror, and watch the people talking about it or passing comments, little kids waving!! Life is grand. I then open her up near the chicks walking by!

It's so true. Bit of hazard though, I didn't notice the van I was looking at me through when it put it's brakes on and I nearly went straight in to it.

This might be very fun, but pay attention: If you can feel the driver's smell, you are too close to the car. Mr. Green
