Hover over topic preview in 'View posts since last visit'

Would it be possible to have it so that the 'hover over topic preview box' could be displayed while you're in 'View posts since last visit' and hover over one of the threads? I know it works if you visit General bike chat etc.

I always use the 'view posts since last visit' and having the hover over topic preview in there would be perfect.
