Hi.
I joined this forum a few weeks ago, while searching for a manual on my bike.

As you know there is a thread in this forum with links to many many manuals. Well I finally found what I was looking for the last .

I was so happy. So I started to give good ratings to the messages in the thread.

The system detected this as an attack and deleted my ratings+lowered my carma level to "4 bad".


Two things.

1. Its a public forum, isn't it? One of the admins could address me by mail, and warn me.

Deleting my ratings could be enough (I think).


Any way. I thought next, BCF people will knock on my door. Burn the house and rape the lady.


2. What bothers me most it's the fact that my posted replies are hided.

My postings often concerns tech help and advice.

Why prevent me from helping another members.

Please believe me. I am not an El-Kaida member

And situations when someone after me replies the same is very annoying.
Let's switch: I will give away 20 points of carma for "not-hiding"
my messages anymore.

rating removel is done by the karma bot and has nothing to do with the mods, best thing to do it to abandon your current account and open a new one as a fresh start. and remember not to rate to many posts in any one day.

I appear under that nick in 5 different forums.

The karma-bot does that when someone rates loads of posts in the same thread or by the same person either positivley or negativley because people were abusing the system, trying to get each other banned and such. Sometimes it doesn't work quite as intended, it is a machine after all.

Write a long and interesting post about your bike, something you have done people might find interesting or the differences between biking in Israel and the UK, that kind of thing.

Now make sure you started all sentances with capital letters, finished them with full stops.

Now do a spell check.

Now preview your post.

Post it.

Watch karma increase.
