BCF Problems?

Has anyone else had a problem getting onto BCF today? For a large part of the afternoon the site appears to have been down.

Wasn't getting access at all today until recently.

What I'm more annoyed about is the fact that I can't get onto offtopic chat at the evenings without:

-logging off and then I can browse easily, in IE or firefox.

OR

-Clicking on "offtopic chat" and waiting 5 minutes. Then again for clicking on the topic, then again for submitting a post.

It's only started doing it last few weeks.

Someone limited my spamming to 9am to 8-9pm???

Just can't really get onto offtopic between 9pm and 9am. It's like a curfew.
