I dunno what its for, just asking if its for speeding. There was a police officer there and he looked like he pointed at me but I dunno. Saw a police car further up the road and didnt get pulled so he didn't radio to him, ah well. how many days is it you have for nip?

If you were speeding they would have pulled you over up the road I reckon, they cant prove its you unless you have a frontal number plate, or are stopped and admit to the crime.

Could be ok then again maybe not. I sped past one and never got caught. My firend did and got caught. Bit mixed really, both were on bikes.

If it was a speed camera van then they can do you. Suspect it was a mobile CCTV van from what you say, so probably cannot be relied on to be anything like accurate enough to give a speed reading.

I think it sounds like an ANPR van (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) for tax/insurance purposes. if so you won't get nicked for speeding.
