You don't need to go to Germany , forward facing Gatso's can't get a bike here either.

funny you should say that i was in germany this weekend and one of the lads got clocked at around 150 by a german speed trap! anyway needless to say they had no chance of catching a ZX10R i dunno why they even bothered getting into there clapped out old transit van to give chace.

But i thought in Germany there wasnt any speed limits on motorways.

It didn't actually say it was on the motorway. Although on the motorways over there, they do have speed limits in parts. It's really annoying as it changes so often. One minute you're speeding along doing silly speeds, then to see a 100kmph limit sign appear. Then a minute later you see the national speed limit sign that means you can do whatever speed, only to have to come back down to 120kmph another kilometre down the road.

AutoBahn, sounds great.

Apparently (from my uncle, in the police) none of the gatso work when your going towards them on minor roads, the only reason they have lines on the side going towards it is so that they can still get caught if you go on the wrong side of the road.

I also discovered that the gatso cameras don't work forward when I was going through a 30mph camera, on the limit and a bike flew past me and the camera didn't even flash.
