Arsehole

Call teh police, someone might have seen something, or maybe he got caugh for driving dangerously elsewhere.
If the police have got him, get his name, find his address from that and do something nasty to his car (assuming it *is* his).

There is nothing to lose by calling the police. Although, if you do, you cant do anything of your own revenge if you find him Sad

I don't see any reason why not.... they are pretty unlikley to bother checking for restrictors or bothering about the Art, TBH I doubt they'll check it unless they've got the bloke and want paint samples for evidence.

The you wouldn't call the police then? Razz

It would probably be best to report it, just to give the impression that you actually care about the incident. Unfortunately (depends on your local force though), I doubt that they'll actually do much about it.
Do you think that it was intentional?

You'd have to ring the police if you didn't get their plate unless you've got some fancy james bond GPS tracker you manage to get on his car, coz how else will you ever find out who it was.

They wont give you his details though. Plus, fi you reported it, he got in shit, and you did something to him, chances are he would also report it.

And your beautiful new bike too. Report them, hopefully there may be witnesses. If not, you've lost nothing.

that wont apply in this situation jim, what your talking about is "the insurers bureau" but they only "think" about fixing your bike...if you have been hit by somebody, driving without insurance cover, because they take the person to court to get there money back......as theres nobody to sew for damages...its unlikely there spend out Confused
